If you would like to withdraw money from your XcitingGames account, start the XcitingGames software and click on the “Cashier” button. Enter the amount you would like to cash out and click on “Ok”. Your account will be debited and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. 

If you deposited via credit card, then the card charges may be reversed at no charge, at our sole discretion, up to the total amount deposited via credit card. Otherwise we will respect your decision concerning your preferred withdrawal method.

If you have requested a withdrawal via NETELLER, Moneybookers, ClickandBuy or bank transfer, the amount will be credited free of charge. The same applies to checks, which will be mailed to you.

At XcitingGames, you can cash out a profit twice within a 30-day period. The minimum check amount is €100 and for bank wires the minimum amount is €50. For Moneybookers, ClickandBuy and NETELLER the minimum amount is €10. A cashout can be made 10 days after the last deposit.

Withdrawals will be credited free of charge.  (Some exceptions apply, such as: BIC/SWIFT transfers for less than €200). 

(XcitingGames reserves the right to withhold payment of any funds if suspicion or evidence of manipulation with XcitingGames' software arises, or evidence of credit card fraud arises.
