Our software requires functionality that is related to the Windows Media Player. Unfortunately, in the case of Windows XP we cannot distribute this functionality. Therefore, you must install the Media Player on you own. Please follow this Link:

I am behind a firewall (indicated by connection error 12003), which ports must be open for XcitingGames to work?

In order to function correctly, our software must be able to access port 1111 and the ports from 3333 throughout 3338. You should also make sure that the following IP addresses may be accessed: 217.168.164.51 and 217.168.164.57.
