Does XcitingGames offer any deposit bonusses?

Yes, we do. At the moment we offer a first deposit bonus that every customer will receive on his/her first real money deposit. The bonus will be 100% of the deposit amount up to a maximum bonus of € 100. For established customers there will be other deposit bonus offers from time to time. Those are called regular deposit bonusses.

How do I get a regular deposit bonus?

Whenever there is a bonus period at XcitingGames, just make a real money deposit within that period, enter the bonus code that we sent you and receive a bonus of 100% of your deposit.

How do I cash in a pending deposit bonus?

When you have a bonus pending, you need to earn a certain number of FPPs depending on the bonus amount. You earn FPPs playing at our real money backgammon or poker tables. There will be an expiry date for every bonus, so make sure you earn the required FPPs before your bonus expires. To see the status of your deposit bonusses, go to the Cashier.

Can I get multiple deposit bonusses within one bonus period?

No. During any given bonus period only your first real money deposit is eligible for a deposit bonus.

Can I get a deposit bonus if I still have another bonus pending?

Yes, you actually can. As soon as the pending bonus is cashed in or has expired, you will start collecting FPPs towards the new bonus. Theoretically you can have even more two than bonusses pending at the same time. But the FPPs you earn will always exclusively count for the oldest pending bonus.

Are all bonus offers available for all customers?

We are going to have public bonus offers for anyone playing on our site. But we will also have specific bonus offers for certain groups of people or for individuals. For example we might offer a bonus for all players that are born under the present sign of the zodiac.
