What are FPP? What are SPP? How can I use them?

When you play at our real money tables you will accumulate FPP and SPP.

FPP (Frequent Player Points) can be used to join our special freeroll tournaments or to get our very special merchandise.

SPP (Sexy Player Points) can be cashed in for an Xciting Strip of the Private Host of your choice. The more you play, the more SPP you will receive. It does not matter if you play high or low stakes.

I would like to play under different names. Can I have more than one account?

Sorry, but no. You are only allowed to have one account at XcitingGames. You can, however change your screen name.

Can I change my account/screen name?

You can change your screen name every 12 months. Your account name will not be affected and can never be changed.

I lost my password!

No problem. Just send an e-mail to support(at)xcitinggames.com stating that you have lost your password. We will then send you a new password to the e-mail address you have registered with us.

How do I change my password, e-mail address and mailing address?

It is very simple. Log into your account, go to the menu “Tools” > “Change User Data” and change whatever information is not valid anymore. For changing your password use the path “Tools” > “Change Password”.

Why do I need to validate my e-mail address? How to do it?

Because of our high security standards it is important for us to be sure that the account holder and the owner of the e-mail address are the same person. Before you can play for real money at XcitingGames your e-mail address must be validated. In order to do so, go to the menu “Tools” > “Validate E-Mail Address” and enter your validation code. The code was sent to you when you opened your account and a new code will be send to you every time you change your e-mail address. If you have not received a validation code, please check that you have entered your correct e-mail address in the menu “Tools” > “Change User Data”.

Where do I check the games I have played and money I took to different games?

You can get hand histories in order to track your poker play. Backgammon match and money game log files can automatically be saved to your harddrive. For details, see the Backgammon and Poker FAQs.
